Internal works are well underway in Tower I.

• Standpipes for storm water intakes have been installed throughout the building.
• Cement-sand screed works are being carried out on the 21st floor.
• Walls plastering in common areas on the 23rd floor.
• Air shaft gas-concrete blockwork on the 23rd floor.
• Preparatory works are underway on the arrangement of the switchboard room and domestic communications.
• Works on installation of elevators in elevator shafts have been completed.
• Works on the installation of an autonomous boiler are coming to an end.
