Construction Update: February-March 2024

Construction of Bartolomeo Resort Town is in full swing!

Catch the latest news straight from the construction site:

• Finishing touches are being applied to the monolithic frame of Tower III. We'll be celebrating next month!
• The boiler room, which will heat Tower III, is 100% complete and ready for installation of engineering equipment.
• Partitions on the next floor have been completed according to the apartment layouts, accommodating ten 1-bedroom, two 2-bedroom, and two 3-bedroom apartments.
• Parking layout for Tower II has been marked out.
• Installation of lighting for the building perimeter, facade, and parking areas is underway, scheduled for completion in April.
• Lighting for the stylobate section and facade of commercial premises is fully completed.
• Tower lighting is ready, but for safety reasons, it remains inactive.
• Main interior decoration and furnishing works for the lobby of Tower II are complete.
