CONSTRUCTION PROGRESS: JANUARY, 2024

Construction progress of the residential complex Bartolomeo Resort Town for January 2024: TOWER III ✔️The monolithic works on the floor of the penthouses are at the final stage. More than 90% has already done. Warm weather helps us speed up works. ✔️ Now we are doing the partitions between apartments - part of them have been installed. For other part we are waiting for the necessary materials. ✔️Also we’ve started preparations for glazing. All windows in our residential complex are tempered and have an aluminum profile, which adds security to the premises. TOWER II ✔️We received furniture to finish harmonizing the lobby of the Tower. The lobby will be ready till the end of January. ✔️We are waiting for good weather to start works on the improvement of the territory. Stay tuned for updates!
