Construction progress: October 2022

Construction progress of the residential complex Bartolomeo Resort Town for October, 2022:

• We continue repair work in the lobby of Tower II.
• Amphitheater: façade work at the final stage, waterproofing of the terraces continues, heating systems are being installed.
• Roof construction is in progress.
• The arrangement of the courtyard on the roof of the stillobate of the first stage continues - waterproofing, a screed has been completed.
• In Tower III, inter-apartment partitions of aerated concrete blocks are being built on the erected floors, the floor slab (ceiling) of the 20th floor is partially poured, and the formwork of the supporting columns of the 21th-22th floors is being installed.
