Construction update: Bartolomeo Resort Town (January–February 2025).

We’re excited to share the latest progress on Sun Tower (Tower 3)! Over the past two months, significant construction milestones have been achieved:

• Monolithic work – 100% completed! The structural frame is fully finished.
• Brick wall masonry – 68% completed, with steady progress every day.
• Aerated concrete partitions – 63% completed, giving shape to the interior spaces.
• Installation of glazing – 48% completed. We are using Guardian tempered glass and premium Reynaers window systems.
• Ventilation and smoke extraction shafts – 57% completed, ensuring proper airflow and safety.
