Construction progress 16 Aug 2018

Only two floors are left to be built in Tower 1 of the Bartolomeo Resort Town, and the city will see it in its full growth! Stately 23 floors with a height of 95m will have 230 modern apartments.

Current news from the construction site.

Today the glazing on 6-8 floors and installation of subsystems for the installation of facades are being conducted.

Finishing screed of the 2-4 floors and preparatory work for interior decoration of public areas are being conducted as well.

Works started on the installation of internal communications of the Tower 1.

The pile field of the Tower 2 is ready; the foundation plate is poured.
