Construction Progress: April-May 2024

How are things progressing at the Bartolomeo Resort Town construction site?

In April, we commissioned Tower II Sky Tower and the Amphitheater building. Now, we are fully focused on Tower III Sun Tower.

• The lighting for the surrounding area of the first construction phase is now fully installed.
• Engineering solutions for transparent structures are being reviewed and approved.
• The top of the monolithic frame is being poured. We plan to complete this work by the end of the month.
• Partitions on two floors have been completed according to the apartment layouts.
• Preparations are underway for the construction of the main entrance to the complex.
