Construction progress: September 2022

Construction progress of the residential complex Bartolomeo Resort Town for September, 2022:

• We continue repair work in the lobby of Tower II.
• Amphitheater: façade work at the final stage, waterproofing of the terraces continues, heating systems are being installed. Completed the screed in the apartments.
• Roof construction is in progress.
• The arrangement of the courtyard on the roof of the stillobate of the first stage continues - waterproofing, a screed has been completed.
• In Tower III, inter-apartment partitions of aerated concrete blocks are being built on the erected floors, the floor slab (ceiling) of the 19th floor is partially poured, and the formwork of the supporting columns of the 19th-20th floors is being installed.
