✔️The monolithic frame is 100% made
✔️Inner partitions are 100% finished
✔️The facade of the building is 70% finished
✔️ The glazing is 95% finished
✔️ Heating system - 70% availability

Tower III - Sun Tower
✔️Start pouring the third floor of the monolithic frame

Amphitheater (apartments with terraces)
✔️Dividing walls are 70% complete
✔️Preparations for glazing and facade works are underway
