Construction Update for Bartolomeo Resort Town: November-December 2024!

During this period, several key stages of construction were completed at the site:

• Masonry of partitions and walls using aerated concrete blocks: Completed on the 20th, 29th, and 30th floors of Tower 3. The structures meet all technical requirements and are ready for the next stages.
• Masonry of ventilation and smoke extraction shafts with bricks: Completed on the 19th and 20th floors of Tower 3.
• Glazing of Tower 3: Finished on seven floors (from the 8th to the 14th). Modern window systems made of warm aluminum by the Belgian brand Reynaers were installed. Guardian tempered glass double-glazed units were used for glazing, ensuring high levels of thermal and sound insulation while being safe to use.

We continue to move forward, steadily progressing toward achieving all our goals.
