Bartolomeo Resort Town Construction Update: September-October 2024

Here's the latest from the construction site:

• The monolithic frame of the Sun Tower is now 100% complete.
• Installation of the Belgian-made Reynaers warm aluminum window systems has begun on floors 8-14. These systems are highly eco-friendly and exceptionally durable. Today, you can observe the installation of Guardian safety glass units made from tempered glass, which is four times stronger than regular glass.
• Masonry of walls and partitions with aerated blocks has been completed, along with the installation of ventilation and smoke extraction shafts on floors 15-18.
• Work on walls and partitions is ongoing on floors 19-20 and 29-30.
• Landscaping plans for the amphitheater and waterfront areas are in progress, with relocation of engineering networks completed.
• Landscaping, retaining wall, and storm drainage projects have been approved.
