TATYANA SPITSKAYA

A small apartment for a young family with a dynamic lifestyle embodies the most current trends in modern design.

Laconicism of the interior is combined with the warmth of style decisions in the decoration and competent space planning. The apartment meets the most stringent requirements of modern youth which are the harmonious beauty of the details, no frills, the air-filled space, and the maximum functionality of all rooms.

TATYANA SPITSKAYA

Elegant chic

Modern style three-room apartment for a family with a teenage child. Chic and respectability without fussiness and kitsch. Restrained classics embodied in modern materials with elements of noble luxury.

TATYANA KOZHEMYAK

One of the key tasks of the project is the organization of communication between the interior and the external environment.

The free layout allows you to enjoy the panorama of the Dnieper River from almost every corner of the apartment.

The use of natural fabrics and wood textures, stone and metal creates a harmonious human space, and contrasting color combinations bring energy and some dramatic effect. Efficient use of the apartment potential provides the functionality and mobility of the interior, while various lighting scenarios create the desired atmosphere.

SERGEY SUNTSOV

Two-room apartment. The predominance of dark colors interspersed with pastel shades reinforces the elegant luxury. The combination of natural stone and glossy surfaces brings chic to the decor. The studio space provides a convenient location of the kitchen and separation of different zones.

SERGEY SUNTSOV

Hall. Contrasting color and original pattern of the natural stone create the whole atmosphere.

SERGEY SUNTSOV

Modern style one-room apartment with eco elements. Cozy and comfortable at the same time. Natural wood is used in warm colors with accents on greenery. The decor is accentuated with light metal structures.

KAKADU-STUDIO

Conceptual name of the project is “Unity and the Struggle of Opposites”

The project was created for a hypothetical young couple which appreciates the comfort, convenience and ergonomics of space, as well as for those who are no stranger to modern trends in interior design. When developing the planning solution, the idea of creating a comfortable and harmonious space was pursued, where not only the aesthetic but also the practical side of life was thought out.

JULIA ZHURAVEL

At the heart of the planning solution of the apartment space there is an S-shaped partition that separates the bathroom from other rooms.

The concept of the design solution is in a smooth flow from one room to another, and in a smooth installation.

ALEXANDER OSTAPENKO

There is a unique view of the river from the windows, and everything in the interior is subordinated to this view. Thanks to careful study and the creation of the most convenient and functional layout all the rooms at any time of the day will let you admire magnificent views.

The interior of the room reflects the latest trends in interior design. Stylish, light, with a lot of “air”, the interior in the style of “neoclassicism” harmonizes and echoes the architecture of the entire complex as much as possible, and combined with the most convenient layout it makes this space truly perfect for a comfortable life.

POLINA ILYASHENKO

The main concept is a smooth transition from one space to another. The area of the apartment was divided into 4 spaces: a kitchen-living room, a bedroom, a bathroom and a dressing room. The two main spaces are separated by a glass partition in a black metal profile which zones the space. The hallway is separated from the kitchen-living room with a light rack that visually separates the space.

The main gamut of the interior are dark gray, chocolate tones. A bright accent is the gray-turquoise wall dividing the total area of the apartments into two parts. The interior design of the apartments is made in a modern style using modern materials.

POLINA ILYASHENKO

The main idea was to erase the line between the exterior and the interior, to harmoniously link the modern interior with natural elements. So, a flock of birds appears on the walls, the flock supposedly seeks to rise up to the celestial dome with clouds.

The interior is dominated by warm bright colors with the addition of black. Bright accents are emerald colored armchairs. The whole interior is a combination of wood, metal and stone.

HouseForm Design Studio

In this project, we harmoniously and functionally zoned the rooms which allowed us to avoid narrow, unused corridors and vacant areas.

Natural materials used in the design of these apartments are harmoniously combined with each other and create a synergy of nature, architectural and compositional solutions, where people can have a rest from the bustle of the big city, forget about working problems and be filled with energy for new achievements.

JULIA MAKSIMKINA, EKATERINA VANDYUK

Our goal was to create a comfortable space filled with lightness and light. The interior is dominated by pure straight geometry, light colors, color accents are used in natural shades. The main color of the interior is white which is complemented by concrete finished walls with an expressive texture combined with wooden floor surfaces and warm lighting.

PSTUDIO

"MARINE BREEZE" Apartments

The apartments were created for dynamic, business people who prefer comfort, straight and concise forms with elements of discreet luxury.

Standard Dnepr

Modern interior with elements of Scandinavian style which allows you to maintain the original architecture of the complex. The Nordic notes of the interior emphasize the lightness and cleanliness that opens in the panoramic windows of the building, and from the height of the clouds enchants you with a view of the river and the city. The simplicity of the color scheme and the harmony of finishing materials made it possible to preserve the entire aesthetic integrity of the composition harmoniously combining modern accents of the exterior of the complex with the design of the penthouse.

ENFILADE

The interiors are made in modern style.

The main goal was to create a common space for rest, cooking and eating areas. The main idea was to combine the kitchen, the living room and the dining room. The result is a large, light, and most importantly functional space.

IGOR BELYI

Keeping in mind the principles of minimalist interior, the solution was to make the kitchen area closed and integral. For tactility leather kitchen facades are offered. The equipment itself is completely closed. The concrete column near the entrance plays the role of so-called zoning and its brutal surface and ceiling contrast with the black-and-white walls painting, the walls are illuminated by the built-in linear and point light and the track system which is placed in the center of the ceiling. Also, in some places, in order to focus attention and unweight the bearing on the floor structure, perimeter floor lighting was used. Accentual directional light prevails in the dining room and the lounge area.

Open space makes you interpret the interior from different view points, forcing the owners to perceive the spatial composition in different ways.

MARINA SAVRAN

In the modern rhythm of life we need a place to recuperate. This place can be your apartment. The main vector of the development of the interior was the idea of combining the correct lines, clear rectangular shapes and complex materials. Contrast color combinations are the basis of this interior.

Elements made of copper and the deep black create a special atmosphere. Dark, deep shades in the decoration of the walls are perfectly combined with a light floor covering. Plants are an integral part of our life. The monotony of black and gray in the decoration diluted the phyto-panels, and became a bright accent of the interior.

BOHODAR LYSENKO, TIMOFEY LAYEVSKY

The main issue for solving the architectural planning task for us was to design the space which in its function would carry the maximum aesthetic and practical meaning in accordance with the competition status.

ARTEM TRISHIN

The overall interior of the residence turned out to be a bit eclectic combining elements of modernism and minimalism.

The first floor includes a kitchen with an open planned living room, a bathroom, a store room, and a bedroom with a wardrobe.

On the second level there are two bedrooms, a children’s room, a small dressing room, bathrooms and a cinema. Both levels of the apartment have their own terraces.

The living space is dominated by a combination of white, gray and black colors which dilute the details of stone, gold and bronze adding an individual style to the interior.

A complex-shaped gold chandelier has become a key detail of the dining area adding a catchy accent into the minimalist interior of the penthouse.

Large windows allow the sunlight to penetrate abundantly into the residence making it even more comfortable.

DMITRY MANUYLOV

The interior in the style of minimalism which is softened by natural materials. The wood on the floor and the wood on the ceiling give a warm, calm and cozy atmosphere. Apartment of 43 m2 has a large sofa, a large table, and a comfortable kitchen. The space of a bedroom with a double bed is separated by curtains, not a by wall. A solid space is formed without division into small rooms. There is a lot of storage space; the bathroom is divided into two comfort zones.

The main idea is free space and important things. Absence of decor, neutral shades of materials, warm and textured objects. A sense of calm, serene life, away from urban chaos. An open plan with a large lounge area has the features of austerity. The complex is on the banks of the Dnieper River, in the central part of the city, in a picturesque green area. Windows in all rooms offer a panoramic view of the Dnieper water area. The atmosphere of simplicity inspires, brings calm and silence.

ANNA POTEMKINA

the aim of the project was to visually enlarge the space, while having a small area. It was decided to get rid of the partitions to fill the interior décor, designer furniture and artificial lighting that will visually divide the space into different zones, but at the same time will not block up the passages and to provide communication and visual contact.

ELIZAVETA SIDORENKO

The project involves a layout in which the kitchen, the dining room and the living room are connected in one room. Thus, the space is saved and there is some additional free space left in the apartment. The rooms were visually expanded by installing a glass partition between the kitchen-living room and the bedroom. The materials used in the project were concrete and wood.

ILYA MASKO, ELIZAVETA SIDORENKO

The project involves a layout in which the kitchen, the dining room and the living room are connected in one room. The dressing room in the bedroom is separated by a glass partition, and thus, visually gives more space.

ANASTASIA PAVLOVA, VALERY MELNIK

The stylistic orientation of this interior is expressed in creating maximum comfort and ergonomic convenience for a married couple. The space of the living room and the kitchen is harmoniously combined but with a possibility of separating the kitchen with the help of a transformable glass partition.

Sophisticated light scenario, niches in the walls, multi-level ceilings with lighting, built-in point and pendant lamps make the interior more voluminous. In the bedroom the lights under the bed create the effect of lightness and soaring above the floor.

ELENA MIROSHNICHENKO

The interior of the apartments were preferably used cold shades, and natural materials such as wood and ceramics. The principle of the interior design is a bright color contrast against the cold colors background. The apartment has a common area which includes the lounge and dining areas, as well as the lounge area for the owners with a large bedroom and a scenic window. The apartment is designed for a young married couple without children.

TAMARA PODOLYANKO

From the windows of the apartment you can see a picturesque panorama of the Dnieper and its coastal territory, and this fact influenced the whole image of the space. The color gamut of the view is transferred into the apartment; the harmony of nature, natural materials, green spaces are there to inspire the owners and guests. Apartments are created as a solid organism the purpose of which is to be as comfortable and cozy as possible. Residential zones are both open for an easy walking and zoned and separated.

The design of the apartments was created not only for a functional stay but also for the harmonious life of a person and his unity with nature, light, and peace.
